JJJJound brings forward its first rendition of the XT-6 with two colorways that explore the model’s
balance of technical performance and understated style.
Originally engineered by Salomon’s S/LAB team for ultra-distance athletes, the XT-6 has since evolved
into a staple of contemporary footwear. The shoe ties in mountain functionality with everyday wear.
First introduced in 2013, the silhouette features a sculptural chassis, aggressive lug pattern, and
lightweight construction designed to handle any terrain.
This release presents two distinct reference points. The first drawing inspiration from the modern
enthusiast of heritage style known to pair classic garments with boldly functional footwear. A vivid mix
of blue, yellow, and black offers a tasteful contrast to any outfit. The second presents a muted grey
and black palette, offering a versatile and contemporary option rooted in Salomon’s own archive.
Vibrant red branding details serve as a visual throughline, tying both colorways together while
enhancing the identity of each pair. Both styles are equipped with the signature agileCHASSIS ™
quickLACE™ system and garnished with a co-branded woven tongue label.
