Off-Track Run Terms & Conditions
By registering for and participating in the Salomon OFF-TRACK Run (the “Event”), I acknowledge and agree to the following:
1. Voluntary Participation & Assumption of Risk
I understand that participation in a running event involves inherent risks, including but not limited to physical injury, illness, accidents, falls, collisions with persons or objects, traffic-related incidents, weather-related conditions, and other unforeseen risks. I confirm that I am voluntarily participating in the Event and assume full responsibility for any risks, injuries, damages, or losses arising from my participation.
2. Fitness to Participate
I confirm that I am physically fit, medically able, and sufficiently trained to participate in the Event. I acknowledge that it is my sole responsibility to consult a medical professional prior to participation if I have any health concerns or pre-existing medical conditions.
3. Personal Insurance
I understand and acknowledge that Salomon do not provide personal accident or medical insurance coverage for participants. I confirm that I am responsible for securing my own medical and/or personal accident insurance coverage.
4. Release & Waiver of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, I hereby release, waive, discharge, and hold harmless:
Salomon, employees, contractors, run leaders, and volunteers
Orchard Central and its subsidiaries, affiliates, mall management, officers, employees, and representatives
Any event partners, sponsors, or venue operators from all claims, liabilities, demands, actions, damages, costs, or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or in connection with my participation in the Event, including but not limited to personal injury, property damage, or loss.
5. Indemnity
I agree to indemnify and hold harmless Salomon Off-Track Run against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising from my participation in the Event or my breach of these Terms & Conditions.
6. Media Release
I consent to the use of photographs, videos, or other media taken during the Event for marketing and promotional purposes without compensation.
7. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore.
Salomon reserves the right to refuse participation or remove any participant who violates these guidelines or behaves in a manner that compromises safety, inclusivity, or the overall experience.
